    How to be happy? 咋能活得爽?

    Step One: Be a Do-gooder!
    第一步:干好事,学雷锋,为人民服务!
    Good Deeds and Generosity increase happiness!
    做人大方,活着更爽!
     
    Step Two: Don't Sweat Decisions!
    第二步: 别优柔寡断、犹豫不决。
    Having too many choices increases stress!
    选择越多,压力越大;思考的时间越长,越不爽!
     
    Step Three: Spend Well!
    第三步:     好好花钱,赚钱不容易啊!
    People regrets on buying expensive items, but not experience, like travel.
    奢侈品不一定好用,山珍海味也会吃腻,留个美好地回忆就得了。
     
    Step Four: Aim High, but Not That High!
    第四步:    目标要高,忒高了也不行!
     
    Step Five: Be A Joiner.
    第五步:  别“宅”!做集体里面的一份子!
     
    Step Six:  Stop Dwelling!
    第六步: 甭想太多,干嘛跟自己脑袋过不去呢?
    Happiest people don't dwell on negative or ambigious event.
    最爽者不会抽空思考负面的或模棱两可的事。
     
    Step Seven: Be Grateful!
    第七步:     感恩!丫别忘了说谢谢
    Being grateful cultivates feelings of abundance.
    正所谓知足常乐,感恩才能孕育满足感嘛!
